Risk assessment setup for the CAPA Management application consists of all of the data fields used when performing risk assessment in the CAPA record. Work with your professional services team to determine how to best configure these data fields.
Risk Assessment is comprised of Severity, Occurrence, Detection Rating, Heat Map Required Actions, and Heat Map Solutions.
User Rights
The above options are configured under SmartSolve’s List Manager. The following rights must be assigned to a user to manage or view the List Manager:
